1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and kari4d (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the kari4d website at https://kari4d.cam, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kari4d platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

kari4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal betting account registered in your name on the kari4d platform, accessed via your unique username and password.
• Bet: Any wager placed on a game, sporting event, lottery draw, or other gaming activity offered on the kari4d platform, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola), live casino games, slot machines, togel (lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams.
• Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by kari4d, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet to your kari4d account balance for the purpose of placing bets.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process required by kari4d to confirm your age, identity, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, typically involving submission of a government-issued ID such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• Platform: The kari4d website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated software, games, and services accessible at https://kari4d.cam.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from your kari4d account balance to your designated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use kari4d, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kari4d strictly enforces this age restriction and will request proof of age via KTP verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP).
• You must have a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or diagnosed with a gambling disorder that would make participation in betting activities harmful to your wellbeing.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. kari4d reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create a kari4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the kari4d platform. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses associated with those accounts. kari4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment methods.

3.3 KYC Verification

kari4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of address (if requested), such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and current residential address.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face (if requested for enhanced verification).

KYC verification is typically completed within 2-24 hours during business days. kari4d treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent you from withdrawing funds from your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kari4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Time

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may require additional verification for anti-fraud purposes. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. Other payment methods may take 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Process and Timing

Withdrawals can be requested at any time via your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals for verified accounts are processed automatically.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA and BRI: 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-22:00 WIB)
• BNI and Mandiri: 15-30 minutes during banking hours
• Other banks and e-wallets: 1-3 hours during banking hours, up to 24 hours outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a payment account registered in your own name. kari4d reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) or withdrawals exhibiting unusual patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may only withdraw funds that are derived from legitimate gaming activity. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met (see Section 6 on Bonuses). kari4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if we have reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will conduct an investigation and notify you of the outcome.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on kari4d are final and cannot be canceled or modified once accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming any wager. kari4d is not liable for any errors you make when placing bets.

The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise specified for specific games or tournaments. kari4d reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts if we detect fraudulent activity, match-fixing, use of automated betting bots, collusion between players, or any other form of cheating.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). For football betting (bandar bola), including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League matches, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets will be void and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under bets follow standard Asian betting market rules.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If one selection is void, the bet continues with reduced odds based on the remaining selections.

5.3 Live Casino and Slot Games

All live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and slot machines offered on kari4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Game results are determined solely by the RNG or live dealer and cannot be influenced by kari4d or any player.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and represents the theoretical long-term payout. Individual sessions may vary significantly due to variance.

5.4 Togel (Lottery) and Sabung Ayam

Togel (Indonesian lottery) results are based on official draw results from accredited sources. kari4d does not conduct its own lottery draws and has no ability to influence lottery outcomes. All togel bets are final and settled according to the official published results.

Sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams are broadcast live from certified arenas operated by S128 and SV388 in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. kari4d has no control over match outcomes. Bet results are determined by the official arena judges. If a match is declared a draw (no contest) due to disqualification or other factors, draw bets win and Meron/Wala bets are refunded.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

kari4d offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bettors, bonus abusers, and players exhibiting patterns of systematic bonus exploitation (e.g., only betting on low-risk markets, withdrawing immediately after meeting wagering requirements) may have bonuses revoked and accounts restricted.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, also known as rollover or playthrough requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically:

• Slots contribute 100%
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10-20%
• Sports betting contributes at varying rates depending on odds (typically 100% for single bets with odds above 1.50)

Full wagering contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period (typically 30 days). If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

kari4d has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, deliberately exploiting technical errors, and using automated bots or scripts. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and account permanently closed without refund of deposits.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kari4d platform:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Allowing any other person to access your account or sharing your login credentials
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform
• Money laundering or using kari4d to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kari4d staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's software or systems

Violation of any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and possible reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kari4d account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, minus any applicable withdrawal fees. Bonuses and pending bets may be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem or negatively impacting your life, kari4d offers self-exclusion tools. 8.3 Account Suspension by kari4d

kari4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or pose a risk to the platform or other players. In such cases, we will conduct an investigation and notify you of the outcome. If your account is closed due to breach of Terms, you may forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

kari4d provides the platform and gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kari4d disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

kari4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with kari4d is to stop using the platform and close your account.

kari4d is not responsible for any losses incurred due to:

• Internet connection failures or disruptions on your end
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or software bugs (though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly)
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Changes in Indonesian or international laws that affect online gambling

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kari4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of kari4d or our licensed partners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on kari4d without our prior written permission.

The kari4d name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of kari4d International Gaming Ltd. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of kari4d are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kari4d is licensed and regulated (international gaming jurisdiction). Any disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support should be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our license.
